Buying a new Subaru from our Subaru dealership means you qualify for a Love Encore visit with our expert. This means that our team member will showcase all the features your new vehicle has and he will happily answer all questions you may have about your new Subaru. Your Love Encore visit to our showroom will be conducted by Our Subaru Star Delivery Specialists. This team member is a Subaru expert who knows absolutely everything about your vehicle. He will be happy to give you tips about your vehicle and will answer all questions you may have. From using your Subaru's navigation system to learning everything about Subaru EyeSight, our specialist will make sure that you too leave the showroom an expert.

You will be invited to Boardman Subaru to meet with Our Subaru Star Delivery Specialists., approximately two weeks after purchasing your vehicle. Some people may wonder why they should wait to schedule the appointment two weeks after buying their Subaru. The reason for this is that we have found that a lot of questions only arise after drivers have been driving their Subaru for a few weeks.

Once you take ownership of your new Subaru, your Boardman Subaru Star Delivery Specialist will schedule a return to the retailer for a Love-Encore visit. This should take place within 14 to 60 days from your original delivery date. This is your opportunity to ask questions about your vehicle’s features and functions. With the help of the Star Delivery Specialist, you will be confident understanding how your vehicle’s technology enhances your driving experience.

Your specialist will explain and demonstrate how to use the systems seen on the right, plus many more, and set them up to work best for you. You will also learn about SUBARU STARLINK™ connected services and how to enroll. Please note this process may take about 30 to 60 minutes. The Star Delivery Specialist is your go-to contact for all of your technology questions before, during, and after taking ownership.
